Pennsylvania Released Inmates is a private reference service, not a government office. We cannot verify custody or release, free a person, post bail, or retrieve an official record. Contact the agency that owns the record for those services.
Route a Pennsylvania Record Question
Pennsylvania releases occur through separate county, state, court, and federal systems. The office that held the person or issued the document is the proper contact. No single local address or telephone number represents statewide records.
- County jail release: Find the holding county through the County Directory, then use its sheriff, prison, or designated open-records officer.
- State inmate or DOC supervision: Use the DOC offender search for the statewide locator and state-record route.
- Parole decision: Use the Pennsylvania Parole Board contact route for a Board Action after it has been delivered to the incarcerated person.
- Court filing: Use UJS Case Search and the filing clerk for dockets, sentence orders, bail, and later judicial entries.
- PA SAVIN registration: Use the official registration and support instructions for search or notification account issues.
- Federal custody: Use the BOP Inmate Locator for federal prisons or the ICE locator for immigration detention.

Current DOC request instructions
The research source does not state public walk-in hours for this statewide office. Check the live DOC request page before mailing, calling, or relying on any contact detail. A request should identify an existing record, the person, a focused date range, and a DOC or parole number when known.
